All shipments are made by DHL courier. The shipment of the goods generally takes place from 3 to 5 working days from the insertion of the order. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

No shipments are made outside Europe.

Shipments on AMERICAN-CREAM.COM  are free throughout Italy (including the peninsula, islands and the Vatican State) for orders with an amount equal to or greater than €79, for orders with a lower amount the cost is €7.

For Europe shipments are free for orders with an amount equal to or greater than €149, for orders with a lower amount the cost is €14.

All goods are insured at the time the order is processed. Orders will be processed from Monday to Friday excluding holidays.
